Your use of the PMC Publishers & Distributors subscription service is subject to the rules of the service set out herein, which PMC Publishers & Distributors may vary from time to time on its website. Your continued use of the PMC Publishers & Distributors subscription service constitutes acceptance of the rules.
PMC Publishers & Distributors subscribers may read their choice of eBooks from a selected set of Digital Content for a monthly fee. The Digital Content available to subscribers will vary and PMC Publishers & Distributors make no guarantees of any kind about the availability of such Digital Content.
TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase PMC Publishers & Distributors’ subscription that includes a free trial, you will receive access to the PMC Publishers & Distributors’ Digital Content for the duration of the free trial period. At the end of your free trial period you will be asked to purchase the content as per the as per the Terms and Conditions of PMC Publishers & Distributors.
SUBSCRIPTION AND ELIGIBILITY
PMC Publishers & Distributors Subscription (the “Subscription Service”) is a personalized Subscription that offers, recommends and helps you to discover digital educational content created by PMC experts (collectively, “Educational Content”) in the category of your interest. You can access the Subscription and Educational Content, through the PMC Publishers & Distributors website by subscribing to any category of your choice from the available subscription plans (“Subscription”). The Subscription will allow you access to all the courses and Subjects that are ongoing during your Subscription Period.
(If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Subscription only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We personalize content and feature them as part of the Subscriptions, including showing you recommendations on Educational Content in the subscribed category, features, and other related categories that might be of interest to you. We also endeavor to continuously improve the Subscriptions and subscription plans to improve your subscription experience.)
COMPATIBLE DEVICES
In order to access the e-books or to download the Educational Content, you will need to use a personal computer, portable media player, or other device that meets the system and compatibility requirements (a “Compatible Device”). The Compatible Devices may change from time to time and, in some cases, whether a device is (or remains) a Compatible Device may depend on software or systems provided or maintained by the device manufacturer or other third parties. Accordingly, devices that are Compatible Devices at one time may cease to be Compatible Devices in the future. Thus, kindly make sure that the device that you use is compatible with our system/software to avail of the Subscription Service.
DOWNLOADING
You shall have the option to do a Website download and the downloaded Educational Content can be viewed by you during the Subscription Period on your compatible devices. After downloading the Educational Content, you shall have access to the same for the Subscription Period only and all access to the downloaded content shall be removed on expiry or termination of your Subscription, as the case may be.
SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT.
You can subscribe to the category of your choice by clicking the Subscribe option and making the required payment for the subscription plan of your choice.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership by using the “Cancel my subscription” button on the PMC Publishers & Distributors. Except as otherwise set out in these Terms of Use, and PMC Publishers & Distributors’ Terms of Sale, if you cancel your membership, you will not receive any refund of any membership fees already paid. When your membership is canceled, the Digital Content associated with your subscription account will be removed.
MODIFICATION, AMENDMENT, OR TERMINATION
PMC Publishers & Distributors may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your continued use of the PMC Publishers & Distributors Platform post any modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be taken as your consent and acceptance to such modifications. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You will not without obtaining the prior written consent of PMC Publishers & Distributors, disclose to a third party any Confidential Information (as defined below) that is disclosed to you during the term of your use of the PMC Publishers & Distributors Platform.
For the purpose of this clause, Confidential Information shall include but shall not be limited to employee details, User list, business model, processes, ideas, concepts, etc. relating to PMC Publishers & Distributors or PMC Publishers & Distributors Platform which are not available in the public domain. You acknowledge and agree that the Confidential Information so provided to you shall at all time be the property of PMC Publishers & Distributors and any breach of the same shall cause irreparable damage to us.
RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATION OF USE
PMC Publishers & Distributors may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free services offered on the platform, at any time in PMC Publishers & Distributors’ sole discretion, without any prior notice to you. Specifically, in case of prolonged inactivity PMC Publishers & Distributors reserves the right to disable, deactivate, or terminate a user’s account. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations: As a general rule, all sales made on PMC Publishers & Distributors are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. PMC Publishers & Distributors reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case
(i) We are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or
(ii) The user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.
